Wow that was slow. It was in the paper yesterday. So much for online speed being faster.

363194 2005-06-12 05:11:00 Heh, do people actually even look at spam. Anything that looks like spam gets the big fat delete key thrown at it. gibler (49)

I wouldn't say that all too often (it's not very nice (www.pressf1.co.nz)).

Although I haven't received any such emails, I thank you for letting me know :)

363196 2005-06-12 08:21:00 Obviously some people do look at spam, gibler. Otherwise the virus wouldn't be spreading.
Like Oxie, I'm grateful to Foxy MX for the warning.
After all, even PF1 members who may not need that can mention it to friends who are new users/Jackson fans.

363198 2005-06-12 09:20:00 Remember that its a personal thing about what threads to open and read, we do not have to open all threads.

We have the choice to not click and open this thread if we wanted, I for one havent seen this notice any where else, so i am pleased i did click here.
Such as my last scare from the xtra people about my account is to be closed spam, virus mail..... i posted here as i hadnt seen anything and loe and behold all of pf1 had seen it...well nearly.:p

and sometimes not every one is aware of what to or not to click on, im not sure each peice of mail says im spam? does yours? :D Ive lost mail that way when it was mis labled.

Sometimes we know and sometimes we dont, dont take others choice away because you think its a done thing, when sometimes it isnt.

Thanxs Mum much appreciate it, i didnt see the news, or any thing online and havent as yet received a spam mail like this....LOL

Well actually looking at the spam does nothing. It is opening the link that is included with the message but as everyone is running with their good Antivirus software running all the time there is no issue anyway.
