Please help! I am the system administrator for a small company and we currently have a few less than 100 email users company wide. Currently we have everyone logging in using terminal services through 1 of 3 different servers. It is a single domain/ single site network. Basically some use outlook express through the network to access their email and some use outlook (locally) because they have blackberries and we can't seem to fgure out how to synch through the network. I am looking for a relatively inexpensive solution to do a few things. First i want to bring all the pop accounts into a single source and I want to be able to set policies that all emails will be archived by admin after 1 year and also that they cannot delete any mail. And also like I said it would be nice to integrate calender and tasks lists into this with the blackberry and maybe even palm devices too. However email is hte main problem and we can keep it separate from calendar and tasks. Is there a solution out there that can do this for us. Thanks in advance! Jon |
