| 364948 | 2005-06-18 08:11:00 | I have recently purchased a new HP Multi Media...very pleased with it... but having difficulty with logging off or sometimes shutting down. I chose the appropriate option.. box comes down click on appropriate Icon.. then nothing.. have had to log off using alt-ctrl-del and using that log off option... anyone able to give suggestion on fix?
