Hi, my security center won't start.cant access it. it says something else needs to be on in order to run it. any help please. |

What does it say needs to be on? Something has been disabled in Services. You need to reenable it. |

Try this. Go to Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services. Look for a service called wscsvc which is the Windows Security Centre Service and make sure it is set to automatic startup. |

I've got a similar problem - I can't run windows update on my other computer because it keeps saying I don't have background inteligent transfer service or windows update service enabled. I enabled both of them, and it still gives me the same message. |
