| 366339 | 2005-06-23 09:10:00 | Everytime for the last week I try to open my hotmail account , my computer clicks on and off, the screens colours change and sometimes it's complete shutdown. If it does click back on as soon as I touch a key or the mouse off it goes again. Tried different browsers, all the same. If I shut the window everything returns to normal. My os is xp. Any ideas I would be greatful. | vicki (7669) | ||

| 366342 | 2005-06-23 09:58:00 | I don't know the answer but makes interesting reading, classic windows tale. Reminds me of someone who, thought they had a major hijack or something. Couldn't use Google or any search engine A pop-up box came up saying to enter the request and IE will find it, if they tried to open Netscape it defaulted to IE, the address bar in IE was blocked, couldn't open Word properly, none of their digital photos couldn't be viewed, no emails could be created in Outlook etc... The Control key on the keyboard and was permanently 'on' even though it didn't look like it. Switching to a new keyboard solved all the problems. |
