| 366252 | 2005-06-23 03:46:00 | Hi fellow F1ers, I am needing to create a form for interpreter service booking. The form will be simple with the client entering in name, dates, locations, and other comments. I was thinking of two ways to do this, one is ugly and the other is tidy. Obviosuly I want the tidy way. Ugly way is to have several 'submit' buttons with each button corresponding to an email address. I.E. One button titled 'Auckland' means the booking form would go to the Auckland address while a button titled 'Bay of Plenty' sends the form to the Tauranga address. Tidy way is to have a drop down menu and the client selects the location, click on the one and only submit button. This will need to be a clever submit button to be able to understand which email address to send the form to... Is this possible? Im not the javascript or php expert, but am learning. Could someone help me with creating a form??? Pretty please.... :o |
