| 366207 | 2005-06-23 02:12:00 | I have got a program called mp3 gain which i have used for a year or so without any stress, since the last time i used it i have done a dirty install of Windows ME on my computer. i dont no wether this is relevent or not but Now when i go to use mp3 gain it comes up with an error "Failed to load control "image list" from mscomctl.ocx your version of mscomctl.ocx may be out dated. make shure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application" my version of mscomctl.ocx is 6.1.97.82 and under comments in the properties for the file is says "February 23, 2004" I have redownloaded a new program and tried a fresh install of mp3 gain, but the same happens...any help would be great :thumbs: | G-Boy (6793) | ||
| 366208 | 2005-06-23 02:26:00 | i have just found at the mp3 gain web site if you are having trobles with the mscomctl.ocx to download the FULL version of mp3 gain and it will install the vb files. so i did this and it installed a new mscomctl.ocx that has a file version later than the one i allready have. but i still get the error?? | G-Boy (6793) | ||

Strange because the last two different versions of the "FULL" mp3 gain i downloaded, were "FULL" because they contained the VB files :waughh: |
