Have tried Symantec help with no luck. Have a new HP NX8220 notebook with 1 gig ram - installed Norton Systemworks 2005 & Antivirus with no problem. Installed Goback off the same disc and when reboot get black screen with cursor flashing - websites indicate could be a problem with a memory hole or PhoenixNet Installation. Notebook doesn't have a floppy drive so can't boot off that - booting off cd gets me a: but then says invalid drive spec for c: or d: - any great suggestions appreciated. |

Reboot into safe mode and uninstall goback. |
