| 366024 | 2005-06-22 03:07:00 | Hi with the Lions Tour on I got a free DVD through the local paper. I was trying to play it on my computer and it came up with real player (On the CD drive Icon it has the Real player logo) Real player said it needs to do an update to play the DVD, I was wondering if there is any way I can get it to play through Win Media player? I went into Win Media Player and it says there is no disc in the disc drive. Can someone help. Cheers |

| 366025 | 2005-06-22 03:10:00 | P.S is there any plug-ins that I can download, but that would defeat the purpose, I might as well download the Real update which takes 30 mins. Win Media player is Version 9.00.00.3250 |

| 366026 | 2005-06-22 03:37:00 | You could try updating windows media player to version 10 | Overdrive_5000 (4950) | ||
| 366027 | 2005-06-22 03:57:00 | Try Realplayer alternative. www.free-codecs.com Can't see any use in updating WMP, The file is obviously in RMA format, though I would have imagined the player would be on the cd as well. Having said that, it would be a good idea to look on the disc and see exactly what is on it, if its dvd Video files then there is no need to touch real player, just open another media player and point it at the optical drive.... |
