| 366855 | 2005-06-24 16:13:00 | I have a Samsung DVD ROM Drive and a Samsung CD Writer in my Win 98 PC. I run AVG free edition and update regularly. My system has AMD Athlon 1800XP processor, 256MB RAM, NVIDIA 64MB Display card, Creative SOund Blaster Audio with two NICs. I run Zone Alarm also. My problem is my DVD ROM drive spontaneously ejects and again closes while I am working. This is very nagging, you know. This happens not every time, but sometimes. Sometimes the opening and closing continues for minutes together. Please help |

| 366857 | 2005-06-25 09:31:00 | My Samsung DVD ROM drive is driving me crazy. Its tray is continuously opening and closing on its on. I have checked for viruses, but no result. I have win 98 SE as OS. Please help [Edit: I have merged your duplicate post back into your original one. There is no need to make a new thread on the same problem as this makes it difficult for people to assist you and you get duplicated advice - Jen (Moderator) ] |
