| 366709 | 2005-06-24 08:58:00 | I'm running XP Home Edition + all the latest service pack etc. Using Netscape 7.2 Browser and email client AVG 7 antivirus ZoneAlarm Pro (reg) PestPatrol BestPopUp Killer Problem : I have been informed, when forwarding email to a single or mulitiple recipients the recipients are getting them twice. Not so bad if it just a txt but a real bummer with the larger files. This appears to have been happening for some time and has only been brought to my notice through a chance meeting with one of my recipients. I checked with the others and it appears they are in the same boat Question: Any one out here who can help or give some advise would be appreciated immensley with respect Sycophant |

| 366710 | 2005-06-24 09:07:00 | Well I would update to 8.02 of Netscape. 7.2 is a bit old. | Speedy Gonzales (78) | ||
| 366711 | 2005-06-24 09:27:00 | Do you use Outlook Express at all? Does this do the same thing? What I mean can you isolate it to a browser issue. Do you use Internet Explorer too? Does this do the same duplication? If not I'd do as suggested by Speedy, get a new copy / upgrade of the browser Netscape. | 366712 | 2005-06-24 12:15:00 | Forward an email to yourself and see what happens. I can't see how they could receive two copies unless you actually send it twice or you are also adding the address into CC or BCC fields as well. Why not install Mozilla, it is almost the same thing as Netscape only more recent. |
