367121 2005-06-27 05:14:00 Depending on what version of windows u have, go to device manager for the entry for this videocard/properties/driver details.

If ur reinstalling XP, the files u need are listed in driver details. Search for them then save/copy each file to floppy.

It may or may not work.

367123 2005-06-27 05:26:00 Well I dont know of any programs that will do it .

There's no diff if u do it yourself or with a program .

BUT maybe money, if there is a program and u have to pay money to use it .

367126 2005-06-27 11:04:00 It seems like you may have got it sorted out but i just thought i'd say that i finally got around to using that program Everest that was mentioned earlier by Godfather then Speedy and what an amazing piece of software . Tells you everything about anything installed on your computer . Very easy to use as well .
If i had to give it a score out of 1 to ten i'd give it a 12 .

Give it a try even if its just for curiosities sake .
Only a small download too .

The only thing it didn't tell me was the make/model of the cd-rw installed in the computer that i ran the program on which was a bumma cause i was hoping to update the drivers for it .

Is there any way i can save the drivers? If you want to backup all your drivers, there is a program that has been recommended on PF1 for that task - Driver Genius Professional (www.majorgeeks.com) (shareware)

367128 2005-06-27 11:33:00 i find its better to save all the install files of your drivers as a lot of driver saving programs don't save all the programs that the drivers install. tweak'e (69)
