Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)" I can guess how to proceed but don't want to much things up?. |

| 1387014 | 2014-11-18 03:11:00 | wainuitech, Thanks for you further help with this problem. I ran chkdsk and it appears that the problem has gone, never to reappear, I hope. I can beat your Sons effort, as it took 4.20 hours to run. Found 48KB of bad sectors. |

| 1387018 | 2014-11-18 21:07:00 | wainuitech, I can't win. After two shutdowns without the problem it returned with a further shutdown. It looks like I will have to put up with the dam thing. Fortunately it doesn't delay shutdown by too much but it is just annoying seeing it each time. |
