| 1387932 | 2014-11-11 04:06:00 | Pretty sure you could just replace the keyboard rather than the whole computer... Yes. I see PB Tech have replacement keyboards for a toshiba L840 for $65 so if Rocco has the DIY skills it would be practical to replace it. |

Or a clone one from eBay for about half that, which is what my friend did with his Acer laptop. Been fine so far, as far as I know. |
