| 1477309 | 2021-05-21 03:42:00 | Bought my self a little toy...Great camera, really like the pictures. Unfortunately I am unable to connect the camera to my Windows 10 PC. Did you read the instructions ? www.samsung.com Heres also the complete manual ( scroll down to select the languages (PDF) www.camerauserguide.net Pages 102 - 105 Describes the same instructions as per the above video. Page 112 shows how to connect to a wireless network. |

| 1477313 | 2021-05-21 09:29:00 | It May work in Compatibility Mode ? Cant really do much more as it may require the Cameria to be connected. I assume ?? You are just trying to get the Pictures to the Computer ?? If So connecting the USB with the Correct Setting on the dial and navigate to the DCIM Folder (page 102 of manual) then Copy/paste the folder. Thats how I do it on my cameria as the software is simply to unstable, or you can always try this ----- asktcl.com With my Phone you have to select what the USB does, either charge or file transfer. |

And why would it need an automatic backup of your PC? Sounds like addon bloatware if not malware. Just the driver will do....once windows sees the camera that's all you need. Bells and whistles are 3rd party anyway...a photo editor, your own files backup etc. |
