1476960	2021-05-05 03:09:00	This is a real first world issue! We live in a 2 story house and about 3 years ago I got a Logitech M187 Mouse to control a NVR on another level. Works just fine (ok have the receiver on an extended USB cable). The question is - if I purchase a 2nd mouse - will it work off that 1 receiver?! Thanks	stuffed (1469)
1476961	2021-05-05 03:48:00	I don't know with your NVR but certainly you can add other Logitech devices to a unifi receiver on a PC. I would expect it to work.	CliveM (6007)
1476962	2021-05-05 05:00:00	Short answer is yes if you use a Logitech Unify receiver and the receiver is being plugged into a Windows or Mac device. You can have up to 6 keyboards and mice (3 of each I think) on a single receiver. All devices must be Unify compatible though and the range is about 10m (give or take).	chiefnz (545)
1476963	2021-05-05 05:41:00	In one way yes other way - NO. What ever you are trying to connect has to have a user interface. Meaning as it says on Logitech site Step 1 Launch the Logitech Unifying Multi-Connect Utility. Step 2 Plug in one Unifying receiver; remove any extra receiver from the USB port. Step 3 Click "Configure" to select the number of devices you would like to pair with the Unifying receiver. You can select any combination, up to a total of six (6) devices. Step 4 Follow the on-screen instructions. Step 5 When finished, click "Exit" when pairing all the devices to the receiver is done. If you would like to pair other Unifying devices to a different receiver, do not exit. Remove the first paired wireless receiver and plug in the next Unifying receiver. Repeat from Step 3. Trouble Shooting: Clear receiver. Start over from Step 3. You cant just plug in one mouse, then get another and expect both work. Think about it -- if you could imagine a office with several people- if they "just connected" the every time one person did something it would do it on other computers as well. Generally the receiver and device it comes with are paired. "Sometimes" if you have devices to close they can interfere with one another. Had that happen in a Office, Brand new set of KB/Mouse would play up consistently , changed it out for a different one and problem disappeared, the original KB/Mouse works fine in another location.	wainuitech (129)
