1476816 2021-04-27 04:03:00 I'm guessing there's no chance, but may as well try.

My screen on my Galaxy A12 got smashed so I can't unlock it (I think the glass is pushing on various buttons preventing me to unlock it.)
Is there a way to backup the data on it while the phone is locked?

1476817 2021-05-04 22:52:00 I recently dropped my A10 and broke the screen, could have cried. Lesson learned. Make sure the stretchy things of the cheap case are fitted on the screen corners properly, better still buy a decent case made for my phone model. Luckily I was able to use it in the meantime although broken glass and finger tips didn't go well. Does your phone still turn on? If not try pressing the power and volume buttons at same time for a few seconds. That worked for the A10. bellbird (6169)

Hah, I can't turn it off, the battery still hasn't died and the alarm goes off at 6:30am each morning which it's 50/50 on wether I can get the screen to respond to turn it off. no idea what the charge left in it is. Hopefully not too long

1476819 2021-05-05 00:28:00 I googled your issue "how to unlock samsung phone when screen is broken"
There are various answers and some seem a bit dodgy.
I haven't gone to these myself for obvious reasons.

Good luck
