Look at the hierarchy chart I gave you a link to...miles down the list. Change it. That is the most important bit. CPU, yeah I'd change that too but it just needs an upgrade (far cheaper) and a clean. If by lame you mean it is not current Gen then yes correct, but there is a world-wide shortage of GPU's and CPU's that is pushing pricing to ridiculous levels. The 2060S is no slouch and is perfectly adequate for most of the current releases. If money is no object then yeah agree getting a 30x0 or 6x00 series card is fine but why would you pay such a high premium. Prices will go down eventually. CPU/Mobo definitely needs an uplift more than the GPU and memory for sure. If it was me, I'd rather spend on a 3x00 or 5x00 Ryzen CPU and upgrade the GPU later. Just my 2c |

Sure some high end ones are the latest but not all. Latest does not equal best. You go by the rank....and sometimes last years comes out better....but you choose the highest you can afford. |
