1489636 2022-12-11 08:30:00 After ideas for this year. In the past 3 years we have done nice bottle of spirit/wine, $200 grocery voucher, and then just cash last year.
With inflation going crazy etc it's tempting to go with cash again but I'm wondering if anyone has ideas for something a bit more personal.
Staff are a mix of mid 20's to late 50s and basically 50/50 split of male/female.

I don't have time to shop for individuals so it needs to be a one size fits all.

1489641 2022-12-12 17:39:00 I agree. Cash sounds good. If you buy something, you will not hear it but the reaction may be, "What do I want with that?! Whereas with cash they can do as they wish and will be much more appreciative. I know that if I were an employee, cash would be much more welcome. And a small Christmas greeting card would also go down well.

I wish you and your loved ones a relaxing and peaceful Christmas and I hope that the New Year is just as you'd wish it to be.:)

You're better off going with internal organs they can trade for commodities like petrol.

1489643 2022-12-13 19:51:00 Money. I don't drink so alcohol wouldn't impress me much, if I was staff. And people like different stuff, some like wine, some beer...

My son gets ham every year and a bonus. That varies, depending how well the place did, but the bonus is the thing they all await

Definitely money would be good. The supermarket voucher second choice, especially lately with the cost of groceries.
