| 1489456 | 2022-11-27 22:48:00 | I'm finally about to upgrade from my 2011 iMac and now need to decide about whether to get just the mouse, or the mouse and trackpad. I've not used a trackpad before but know others who swear by them. The Magic mouse comes with the computer, but you can get both for an extra $199 (saving about $30 on the trackpad price). I'm just not sure I need it, or would use it. Pros and cons on a postcard please! |

What you may like someone else will hate it, etc. So, you need to go with what you are comfortable with. Not exactly helpful I know, but have a look at the various reviews www.bing.com OR www.imore.com Then you decide. |

I have a Magic Mouse 2 but I've had it for years and you can bet that if I just went for the trackpad it would die in a few months and I'd have to fork out $149 for a new one - which would just be silver! I like the small trackpad on my MacBook Air (but hate the one on my work Windows laptop!) so I figured I'd give it a go. If the worst comes to the worst and I don't like it, I could always sell it if it wasn't returnable. | Beemer (6956) | ||
