2022-11-14 22:18:00 | What was mostly a clement sin wave-shape variation of weather conditions is now tending to have a square-wave form, this means, hotter, colder, wetter, windier more extreme weather all over the world as the extra energy now in the world weather system due to thermal losses and inefficiencies of man-kinds activities adds extra impetus to the weather patterns. Extra energy in the world weather system is equivalent to global warming and results in more extreme weather of all types not just occasional hot or non-typical colder weather in a particular place which is the only thing that B.M. keeps pointing out. He seems to be struck arguing about the original crude theory that modeled that the world was just warming up, which it is, but there are many more side-effects now becoming obviously apparent.

2022-11-15 00:00:00 | Haven't seen a sin wave for many years. Can't even remember what one was like? Sounds interesting though. You are right though, climate change is definitely a run of extremes nowadays. Scorching hot one day then freezing cold the next. Drought then floods. Look at Australia's current situation. Ken :):)

2022-11-15 02:13:00 | How many of us are still young enough to participate in the next sin wave event I, according to a fellow member need a rest after boosting the population from 3.5 Billion to 8 Billion! I will, therefore, not be much use for this? Ken :)

Well maybe zqwerty you would be good enough to explain how introducing a Fart Tax on farmers is going to correct these abnormalities? |

2022-11-15 04:38:00 | Can't be corrected, it's too late, the time to attempt to fix the problem was last century. We are on a path which we cannot get off anymore. Population is too big and probably impossible to stop people consuming at the rate they are using legislation, even if they believed it was necessary. Earth will be changed but will still be recognizable as a sphere, the life-forms however are in for a rocky ride, many will go extinct.

2022-11-15 07:45:00 | Agree Z . . . . . Another extinction comin' up! Not in our time but I doubt the planet will be able to keep on taking the punishment humans are inflicting on it and there are to many f-wits who can't see it . Let's face it, the human race is just a miniscule blip in time in the life of the planet! Ken
