| 1489258 | 2022-11-10 01:33:00 | My curiosity. I notice that often when i am downloading or installing a programme (often an updated version) that the process reaches 100% and stays there for a long time (seemingly) before completion. Can someone explain to me what the significance of the "long" 100% stage is? Are there a lot of background processes that need to be addressed before "you are good to go"? thanks |
